Overflow Brewing Company is seeking a dynamic and passionate Craft Beer Sales Manager to join our growing team. This role is a fantastic opportunity to represent one of Ottawa's leading craft breweries and contribute to the expansion of our brand. As our first dedicated sales employee, this individual will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with bars, restaurants, and retail partners.

• Sell Overflow draft and packaged beer to on-premise and off-premise accounts across Ottawa
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts while actively identifying and opening new accounts
• Meet and exceed mutually agreed-upon sales goals
• Work closely with our in-house self-distribution team to ensure seamless product delivery and account support
• Represent Overflow Brewing Company at festivals, events, and promotions as required

Base

Qualifications:

• Minimum age of 25+
• Ability to frequently lift/move up to 25 lbs and occasionally lift/move up to 55 lbs
• Access to a personal vehicle with an active auto insurance policy
• Clean driving record and no criminal record
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and festivals
• Professional-level understanding of Microsoft Office/365

Required Experience:

• Experience in craft beer sales
• Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets in both on-premise and off-premise environments
• Strong knowledge of Ottawa's bar, restaurant, LCBO, TBS, and grocery retail landscape
• Ability to build lasting customer relationships through a personable and professional approach
• Cicerone certification is preferred but not required

• Driven, ambitious, and self-motivated
• Strong communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people
• A clear passion for craft beer and the Overflow Brewing Company brand
• Ability to stay cool under pressure while closing deals

• Base salary plus commission
• Total compensation will be commensurate with experience
