With small class sizes, personalized attention, and a reputation for exceptional service, we’re growing and are seeking a motivated Client Care & Sales Representative to help drive enrolments and deliver an excellent client experience.
Job OverviewThis role is all about sales & customer support with heart. You’ll be the first point of contact for families exploring swim lessons, guiding them to see the value of our programs and securing enrolments. At the same time, you’ll provide friendly, solution-focused support to existing clients to ensure their experience with us is smooth and positive. Your success will be measured by your ability to close registrations, nurture leads, and deliver an outstanding level of service.
Key Responsibilities- Sales & Enrolment:
Actively promote and sell swim lesson programs to new and returning families through inbound inquiries, outbound calls, emails, and texts. - Lead Management:
Follow up promptly with leads from marketing campaigns, referrals, and past swimmers to maximize conversion. - Objection Handling:
Listen to client concerns and respond confidently with empathy, using proven sales strategies to encourage enrolment. - Customer Care:
Provide accurate information, answer questions, and resolve client concerns in a timely, professional manner. - Relationship Building:
Create strong, trust-based relationships that encourage families to register, stay enrolled, and recommend Aqua Life to others. - Collaboration:
Work with the instructional and administrative teams to ensure smooth scheduling and alignment of client expectations.
- Sales
Experience:
Prior experience in sales, membership enrolments, or customer-facing roles (e.g., gyms, fitness centers, schools, or service-based businesses). - Persuasive Communicator:
Strong verbal and written communication skills with a warm, engaging phone manner. - Client-Centric:
Friendly, empathetic, and motivated to help families find the right fit in our programs. - Driven & Organized:
Self-motivated with excellent organizational and multitasking skills to handle follow-ups and daily inquiries. - Tech-Savvy:
Comfortable with Microsoft Word, Excel, and CRM software. - Team Player:
Collaborates well with others and contributes to a supportive, goal-driven culture.
- Work from home with a reliable internet connection, computer, and quiet, professional workspace.
- Starting wage: $20/hour
- Opportunity for salary increases after 12 months of continuous service
- Group insurance after 3 months probation
- Schedule:
Sunday–Thursday or Tuesday–Saturday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm - Discounts on swim lessons for family members
