Junior Sales Rep

We’re looking for a contract Junior Sales Rep to help sell fencing, decking and railing materials, as well as installs. This is an entry-level position ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, learning a skilled trade, and building a long-term career in sales.

No sales or fencing experience needed—we’ll train you. If you’re reliable, comfortable talking to customers, and willing to learn, this is a solid opportunity.

• Respond to customer calls, emails, and online inquiries
• Qualify leads and gather project details (property size, materials, timelines, budgets)
• Set up appointments and site visits
• Assist with putting together quotes
• Explain fencing and decking options (vinyl, chain-link, composite, etc.)
• Follow up on quotes and customer questions
• Work with the team to help jobs run smoothly

• Strong work ethic and good attitude
• Comfortable talking to customers
• Willing to learn materials, pricing, and the sales process
• Reliable, organized and process oriented
• Basic phone and computer skills
• Sales, construction, or trade experience is a plus, but not required

• $30/hour + commission

• Training on products and how we sell
• Support from an experienced team
• This is a contract position for the 2026 fencing season (March 1 – October 31) with the opportunity for full-time employment
