Our client is a well-established company specializing in the distribution of natural and homeopathic health products to pharmacies across Canada. They are currently seeking a Pharmacy Sales Representative to support and grow their presence across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).
This is a field-based sales role
, ideal for someone who enjoys being on the road, visiting clients in person, and building long-term relationships with pharmacists. The role offers a high level of autonomy and is well suited for a relationship-driven sales professional who thrives in face-to-face environments.
In this position, you will be responsible for promoting and selling a portfolio of natural, homeopathic, and OTC health products to pharmacies throughout the GTA. The ideal candidate brings prior experience selling similar products and is comfortable managing a defined territory independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Regularly visit pharmacies across the GTA to present and promote products
- Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmacists and pharmacy teams
- Convince pharmacies to list, recommend, and reorder products
- Train pharmacy staff on product features, benefits, and proper usage
- Set up in-store presentation tools, including displays and point-of-sale materials
- Ensure consistent follow-ups and prepare activity and performance reports
- Base salary of $60,000, with flexibility upward based on experience
- 2% commission on sales
- Mileage reimbursement for use of a personal vehicle
- Company-provided mobile phone and laptop
- Per diem for accommodation and meals during business travel
- Two weeks of vacation after one year of service
- Additional paid week off between Christmas and New Year’s
- Annual sick leave allowance of $1,200
Profile & Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of field sales experience in pharmaceutical, natural health, or OTC products
- Strong knowledge of pharmacies within the GTA
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Dynamic, autonomous, and persuasive sales profile
- Comfortable with in-person and phone-based sales; this role prioritizes traditional, relationship-driven selling over virtual meetings
