Position: Area Parts & Service Manager )
The Parts & Service Area Manager reports to the Eastern Business Center Parts & Service Manager. The Parts and Service Area Manager is a dealer consultant helping with dealer processes in customer experience, warranty and revenue generating position. They are responsible for an area of Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, RAM, Fiat and Alfa Romeo Dealership for the Parts and Service Business.
Responsibilities of the position will include
:
Maximizing Area service and parts sales, revenue, customer service, and the development of strategies supporting established targets established in his/her area of responsibilityActing as the liaison between the manufacturer and retailerEnsuring proper levels of Customer satisfaction are achieved at dealerships while constructively identifying areas for improvementSupporting dealers with special promotions, warranty claims assistance, and service contract penetrationMotivating and leading independent entrepreneurs to higher levels of performance consistent with marketing plans, merchandising, financial statement review, and new product launch trainingWorking with dealer on current programs in aftersales, customer service and service lane to ensure benefit of customer and dealer from the purchase process to vehicle sundownGrowing of the 2nd line Bpro with dealer for all makes programs and used carsWorking with independent repair facilities, wholesale distributors to grow dealer wholesale businessWork closely with peers and leadership team of both Sales and Network to ensure alignment, perception and reality of unified front, exceptional supportChallenge status-quo, discover and champion best practice benchmarking, process improvementDevelop and raise the technical expertise and competency in the dealershipThe salary range for this role is $82,500 - $100,000 per year. Basic Qualifications
:
Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing or related fieldsMinimum 3+ years sales experience, preference to automotive relatedExceptional communication skills both written and verbalMUST RESIDE IN MARKET and ability to travel regularly within an assigned AreaProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Legally authorized to work in CanadaStrong influencing and negotiation skillsWillingness to relocateSelf-motivated with demonstrated ability to achieve goals under minimal supervisionPreferred Qualifications
