Your role will also involve leveraging market insights and coaching agents to excel in competitive environments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop growth strategies and actionable sales plans
• Recruit and develop Pioneer Sales Agencies to maximize impact
• Manage customer assignments for profitability
• Coach and mentor agents on best practices
• Anticipate market trends and position the sales team
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, or Business
• 5-7 years of sales leadership experience required
• Willingness to travel extensively in rural settings
• Deep knowledge of Pioneer products and agronomic principles
• Proven track record in strategic planning and execution
