This role focuses on managing key accounts while identifying growth opportunities in aggregates. You will work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure high-quality service and meet customer expectations while contributing to the broader business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop territory-specific sales strategies and forecasts
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
• Provide timely quotations and manage supply agreements
• Conduct client visits and address customer complaints
• Coordinate deliveries with dispatch and operations teams
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of account management experience in the construction industry
• In-depth understanding of aggregates and Ottawa market conditions
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software
• Valid Ontario driver’s license for travel
