Drive sales success as a Sales Manager in Ottawa with a hybrid work model. Take charge of leading and scaling the sales function for an IT service management company.
Our Ottawa-based client seeks a Sales Manager with hands-on expertise in B2B SaaS and strong leadership skills. You will improve sales performance while personally engaging in strategic opportunities. Collaboration with marketing and Microsoft teams will be key in generating pipelines, solidifying deal closure, and positioning the sales approach effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead daily sales execution and strategy development
• Coach and support the sales team throughout the sales cycle
• Drive opportunity progression and maintain forecast accuracy
• Collaborate with marketing on lead alignment and campaigns
• Enhance relationships with partners and Microsoft sellers
Requirements:
• 5+ years in B2B SaaS sales, including leadership experience
• Proven track record in pipeline management and forecasting
• Hands-on approach to deal qualification and closing
• Strong coaching and communication capabilities
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and ITSM preferred
