LG Field Sales Representative

Overview

Match Retail is seeking a bilingual Field Sales Representative with broad knowledge of home appliances to promote brand awareness for our global client.

As a Field Sales Representative you will build and manage client relationships at the corporate, dealer and retail level by coaching, training and supporting various vendors, retail locations and dealers.

• Manage day‑to‑day client liaison at a retail level.
• Foster strong relationships with retailers.
• Provide coaching to Sales Representatives and training of retailer staff.
• Conduct pre‑scheduled training sessions weekly.
• Provide sales assists at locations weekly.
• Gather market analysis and report on market trends of product perception.
• Plan and facilitate training and launch meetings to ensure all client/retailer groups demonstrate product knowledge.
• Provide sales support by offering business advice and product consultation to retailers as required.
• Ensure stock levels of merchandise meet product demand and report back.
• Support marketing initiatives through maintaining direct contact with sales points in the market.
• Resolve issues that affect brand integrity and brand presence.
• Provide feedback to Regional Field Manager and LG support, go‑to‑market planning and promotional activities in the field.
• Set up promotional materials and support dealers via incentive events and programs.
• Provide strategic input to help leverage the client brand.

• Fluent in English and French, both written and verbal.
• Minimum 3 years of selling Home Appliances in a field sales role.
• Experience in the Home Appliance sector.
• Post‑secondary degree or diploma in a related discipline.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• Prior success in training and motivating a sales team to exceed performance objectives.
• Available to travel within the market.

40 hours per week (Monday‑Friday). Base salary + car allowance + cell phone allocation + bonuses.
