You will conduct around 3-4 sales consultations daily, showcasing strong communication and objection-handling abilities, ensuring clear explanations of products, pricing, and financing options.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-home sales consultations with pre-qualified leads

• Average 3–4 booked appointments per day set for you

• Deliver persuasive presentations to close deals on the first visit

• Explain product, pricing, incentives, and financing clearly

• Submit signed deals and required documentation for processing
Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of HVAC sales experience

• Proven in-home closing experience preferred

• Strong negotiation and communication skills

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required

• Must thrive in a performance-driven environment
