Job Description
As an Alliance Manager you will collaborate with other Alliance Managers worldwide to grow Cloud and Networks Services by partnering with key industry leaders. Working together, we will address customer needs and solve client issues, driving future growth.
Responsibilities- Develop new partner‑linked pipeline
- Organize and lead partner meetings to discuss joint target accounts, pipeline development, and regional market insights.
- Drive regular M /Q sessions with key partners.
- Continuously create CNS portfolio mindshare among partners through value proposition, training, and workshops.
- Facilitate the networking of sales leaders with Nokia and alliances targeted at specific accounts and offerings.
- Track and drive partner‑linked CRM opportunities with corresponding sales leaders
- Collaborate with sales leaders to understand support needed by partners.
- Qualify partner‑linked pipelines and ensure a clear view of the pipeline.
- Enable SIs with the Autonomous Network product suite
- Coordinate the setup of CoE labs.
- Support training and maintenance of the labs.
- Work with partners on investment, discount, and certification investments.
- Unblock internal/external issues to close deals; identify risks and collaborate with internal teams to resolve concerns.
- Represent Nokia in a professional and ethical manner.
- Travel to attend meetings and related business activities.
- 10–12 years of experience in a software technology company; alliances experience preferred.
- Understanding of communications software, with prior experience positioning and selling solutions.
- Ability to build trusted customer CxO relationships.
- Solid business acumen with an understanding of complex business matters and customer needs.
- Ability to bring cross‑functional teams together to support selling and revenue realization efforts.
- Creative out‑of‑the‑box thinker with excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Exceptional work ethic, self‑motivation, driving desire to succeed, and ability to work independently.
This is an on‑site role for Sunnyvale, CA. Only local candidates will be considered.
