Internet Sales Specialist – Automotive Sales Car-On Auto Sales – Ottawa, ON

Car-On Auto Sales is growing, and we are building a high-performance Internet Sales Team.

This is not a cold‑calling position. Our team works with a high volume of inbound internet leads, phone opportunities, and showroom traffic year‑round.

We are looking for motivated, customer‑focused individuals who thrive in a fast‑paced dealership environment.

• Respond to internet and phone leads

• Set appointments and follow up with customers

• Guide customers through the sales process

• Work closely with Sales and Finance Managers

• Deliver exceptional customer service

• Maintain organized customer follow‑up

• Previous sales experience preferred

• Automotive sales experience an asset

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Professional, organized, and self‑motivated

• Ability to work evenings and Saturdays

• Valid driver’s license required

• OMVIC license preferred (not required upon hire)

• Georgian College course completed prior to hire (if not completed)

• Bilingual English/French considered an asset

• Over 600+ reconditioned vehicles in stock

• Access to 27 lending institutions

• Over 2,000 internet leads per month

• Over 400 showroom walk‑ins monthly

• Base salary for first 90 days
