Sales and Finance Specialist - Alfa Romeo Maserati

At Mark Motors Group, we don’t just sell vehicles—we create memorable ownership experiences. We are currently looking for a Bilingual Sales & Finance Specialist to join our Alfa Romeo and Maserati dealership and become part of a passionate, client-focused team in the luxury automotive space.
Key Responsibilities- Sales & Client Engagement: Present and sell dealership products and services to both existing and prospective clients; follow up on new leads and referrals generated through sales activity and marketing efforts; maintain consistent communication with clients throughout the entire sales process, from initial contact to post-delivery follow-up.
- Product Knowledge & Demonstrations: Conduct professional vehicle presentations and test drives, highlighting features, performance, and benefits; maintain a strong understanding of current manufacturer programs, incentives, and offers.
- Deal Structuring & Financial Processing: Prepare accurate proposals, pricing, and cost estimates for clients; review and explain deal structures, including cash, finance, and lease options; complete and process credit applications accurately and confidentially.
- Value-Added Products & Services: Present and offer additional products such as protection packages, extended warranties, and seasonal accessories (e.g., winter tires).
- Vehicle Delivery & Post-Sale
Experience:
Inspect vehicles prior to delivery to ensure they meet dealership and manufacturer standards; provide a thorough and skilled vehicle delivery, ensuring a positive ownership experience. - Documentation & Compliance: Ensure all required documentation is completed accurately, signed, and properly filed; maintain required Sales Satisfaction Index (SSI) standards as outlined by the manufacturer and dealership.
- Training & Brand Representation: Complete all required manufacturer and Mark Motors Group training programs; participate in marketing initiatives and events, including vehicle launches, trade shows, NAC events, and networking activities.
- Fully bilingual in English and French (spoken and written)
- Valid OMVIC license
- Proven experience in sales or customer service; automotive or luxury retail experience is an asset
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required
Salary – This is a commission-driven role with a guaranteed base salary, offering high earning potential for motivated, results-oriented candidates.
