Territory Sales Manager – Canada
Rollon by Timken is seeking a motivated and technically skilled Territory Sales Manager to join our growing team in Canada.
We are looking for a sales professional with experience in linear motion, automation, robotics, or industrial motion control who thrives on developing customer relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering engineered solutions that create value.
What You'’ll DoAs a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving profitable growth throughout your assigned Canadian territory while serving as a trusted advisor to customers and channel partners.
Key Responsibilities- Achieve and exceed territory sales objectives
- Develop, manage, and strengthen customer relationships through a consultative sales approach
- Create and execute annual territory business plans that support strategic growth initiatives
- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities and target accounts
- Manage customer projects from opportunity identification through successful implementation
- Collaborate with Marketing, Engineering, Product Management, and Supply Chain teams to ensure customer expectations are met
- Support and grow business through High Tech Distributor (HTD) partners within the territory
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline and opportunity funnel
- Deliver compelling technical and commercial presentations tailored to customer needs
- Maintain accurate customer and opportunity information within the CRM system
- Represent Rollon by Timken at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings
- Support regional and national sales initiatives as requested by the Regional Sales Manager
- Travel up to 50% throughout the territory, including overnight and air travel
- Bachelor’s degree preferred;
Engineering degree strongly preferred - Minimum of 4 years of industrial field sales experience
- Proven experience selling automation, linear motion, motion control, robotics, or related industrial technologies
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and communicate engineered solutions
- Excellent relationship‑building, communication, and presentation skills
- Experience managing distributors, channel partners, and key accounts
- Self‑motivated with strong organizational and territory management skills
- Must be authorized to work in Canada & the United States without sponsorship (no sponsorship is available for this position)
- Must reside within 90 minutes of a major airport
