Position: Inside Sales Associate for Growth Opportunities
Join our team as an Inside Sales Associate, driving growth by generating new sales through email and phone interactions. Facilitate customer order requests and support product logistics.

In this role, you will ensure that customer needs are met effectively while maintaining compliance with company guidelines. The job involves actively participating in training to hone your sales and product knowledge. You'll manage the sales process by tracking orders and resolving issues to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide top-notch customer service and support

• Input customer sales orders accurately and promptly

• Respond to inquiries and provide requested information

• Continuously upgrade sales and product knowledge

• Facilitate sales processes through effective management

Requirements:

• HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred

• 2-5 years of sales experience desired

• Familiarity with inventory sales is beneficial

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Capable of achieving sales goals through teamwork
