In this strategic consultant role, you will be a trusted advisor to Cengage's customers, supporting their educational goals through effective technology adoption. Your success hinges on your ability to develop personalized success plans, achieve revenue targets, and advocate for customer needs. You'll work across states like Texas, Virginia, and even into Canada, ensuring Cengage's clients harness the full potential of their educational resources.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build strong customer relationships throughout their journey
• Exceed revenue targets by retaining and renewing customers
• Create tailored success plans to boost product usage
• Provide ongoing training based on customer needs and data
• Advocate during high-severity issue resolutions
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 5+ years in Sales or Customer Success roles
• Familiarity with the Educational Technology landscape
• Proven ability to learn new systems quickly
• Willingness to travel 20-30%
