This full-time role centers on building strong relationships with existing and new clients while supporting various district and regional sales initiatives. You will be the face of NAPA, utilizing your strong negotiation skills to promote auto parts and services effectively. Engage in market intelligence gathering and collaborate closely with District Sales Managers to ensure successful sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Call on installers to promote NAPA auto parts
• Implement sales development plans collaboratively
• Develop business growth strategies with local managers
• Gather market intelligence and provide actionable insights
• Assist in pricing recommendations and account collections
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of outside sales experience
• Proven prospecting and negotiation skills
• Excellent relationship-building capabilities
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Familiarity with the auto parts industry is a plus
