Launch your sales career with Net2phone Canada as an Outbound Sales Development Representative. This hybrid role is focused on maximizing lead generation through effective communication and cutting-edge sales tools.
In this impactful position, you will engage with potential clients across Canada, qualifying leads for our VoIP solutions. You'll conduct outbound calls and assist your team by providing valuable insights to Account Executives. Emphasis on achieving productivity targets ensures that customer success remains our top priority.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough research to identify potential leads
• Initiate phone outreach to prospective customers
• Present Net2phone services with professionalism
• Successfully address prospect queries and provide info
• Collaborate with SDR Manager on lead quality strategies
Requirements:
• More than 1 year in retail or software sales
• Excellent English communication skills
• Knowledge of Salesforce or similar tools
• Ability to multitask with various applications
• Energetic and friendly demeanor
