Sales Representative in Leadership Program

This full-time role located across Canada focuses on driving sales at The Home Depot while developing your account management skills. You will deliver hands-on product demonstrations and training, fostering strong partnerships and effectively managing inventory. Taking part in innovative marketing initiatives and promotional efforts will also be essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships

• Conduct product training for store staff and customers

• Manage inventory to ensure product availability

• Drive sales through merchandising and promotions

• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

• Experience in retail or field sales

• Excellent organizational abilities

• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license

• Capability to lift 50 lbs
