Join Scotiabank as a Client Relationship Manager in Agriculture Commercial Banking. Focus on client retention, cross-selling, and developing new sales strategies to drive results.
In this role, you'll play a crucial part in achieving business success within Canadian Business Banking. You will employ strong sales skills and a thorough understanding of financial products while engaging with clients across Ottawa and surrounding areas. Collaborating with internal partners, you'll drive growth within your client base.
Key Responsibilities:
• Promote growth of the Canadian Business Banking portfolio
• Develop targeted sales plans for prospects
• Conduct direct selling of credit and non-credit products
• Maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline and follow-up process
• Attend community events to build market presence
Requirements:
• Business or economics degree or equivalent experience
• 3-4 years in agriculture banking
• Proficient in commercial credit knowledge
• Exceptional interpersonal and networking skills
• Ability to manage multiple data sources
