This role reports to the Senior Manager for Ontario and involves responding to customer inquiries while building strong relationships. Your skills in understanding client needs will directly contribute to increased sales and customer satisfaction. An understanding of insurance products will enhance your ability to offer competitive quotes and solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Uncover customer needs through engaging conversations
• Provide accurate, competitive insurance quotes
• Foster a trusting environment for new sales opportunities
• Follow up on leads and past inquiries effectively
• Process account changes and maintain documentation
Requirements:
• RIBO license required or OTL with RIBO expected
• At least one year of personal lines insurance experience
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Bilingual English and French skills advantageous
