Drive success in renewal sales with Fortinet as a Renewals Specialist in Sunnyvale, CA! Support clients and partners with the full Renewal Sales cycle in this dynamic role.
The Renewals Specialist manages all operational functions for Commercial and Mid-Enterprise Renewals within the assigned U.S. territory. You will interface directly with Customers, Sales, Partners, and Distributors, guiding them through renewal processes and ensuring satisfaction. This role involves high interaction, proactive upselling, and utilization of Salesforce and other CRM systems to exceed key performance indicators.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage inbound renewal inquiries via email and calls
• Generate asset reports and quotes for renewals
• Assist with upsell opportunities and tracking
• Train new hires on renewal processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for alignment
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 1+ year in renewals or sales, preferably in B2B tech
• Familiarity with Cyber Security terminology
• Proficiency in Salesforce and data analysis
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
