This pivotal role requires you to leverage over ten years in Enterprise Sales to strengthen deal tactics and account planning. Partnering with Sales Operations, you will play a key role in enhancing sales methodologies, optimizing processes, and driving team collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide tailored coaching sessions for sales staff
• Assist in the development of strategic account plans
• Create training materials for sales enablement
• Identify and address sales process friction points
• Collaborate in continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
• 10+ years of Enterprise Sales experience
• Familiar with Altify or similar sales methodologies
• Prior experience in sales enablement a plus
• Strong coaching and facilitation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams
