This role involves supporting customer inquiries and sales processes while collaborating with account managers and technical teams. Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries and proactively solve their issues
• Manage and track customer support tickets through to resolution
• Follow up on leads generated from marketing efforts
• Assist in pricing strategies and prepare accurate sales proposals
• Monitor market trends to inform product improvements
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in inside sales or similar roles
• Proficient with ticketing and CRM software
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
