• Identify leads that fit Willson's service offerings
• Organize discovery meetings for effective sales pitches
• Partner with teams to improve targeting efforts
• Keep track of KPIs and strive for performance excellence
Requirements:
• Minimum two years in a telemarketing or sales role
• Strong communication skills for effective outreach
• Proven prospecting and closing expertise
• High School Diploma essential, college diploma preferred
• Familiarity with CRM tools, Salesforce knowledge desired
