This role emphasizes conversion of warm leads into signed contracts, with at least two years of HVAC sales expertise preferred. You will conduct 3-4 pre-set sales consultations daily, leveraging your strong communication and negotiation skills to navigate objections and close deals in one visit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-home sales consultations to engage leads

• Average 3–4 booked appointments per day, pre-arranged

• Deliver powerful presentations and close on the first visit

• Clarify prices, product details, and financing options robustly

• Process and submit signed documentation for sales

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of HVAC sales experience

• Proven closing experience desirable

• Strong negotiation and communication skills

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Ability to excel in a self-directed, performance-focused environment
