You will work collaboratively with the Pioneer Territory Manager to meet sales targets, enhance customer concentration, and resolve grower concerns. Your leadership in local agronomy trials and your ability to translate complex data into actionable insights will empower agents and farmers alike. Your efforts will support a positive grower experience and drive overall sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage in direct sales calls to support targets
• Cultivate strong relationships with agents and customers
• Navigate and resolve grower challenges efficiently
• Lead agronomy trials to support education
• Communicate product value and best practices
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or similar
• 5-7 years of relevant agronomy or sales experience
• Strong travel readiness for rural environments
• In-depth knowledge of agronomic practices
• Proven ability in negotiation and relationship building
