Founding Sales Executive in AI Cloud

Featherless.ai is looking for a founding Account Executive to spearhead our AI cloud sales initiative. You will own the sales pipeline from lead to contract, diving into discovery, demos, and negotiations. Working hand-in-hand with the CRO and founders, you'll be integral to establishing the GTM strategy and expanding our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage full-cycle sales for enterprise and high-growth accounts
• Conduct tailored technical demos for diverse buyers
• Craft custom proposals linking Featherless capabilities to client needs
• Successfully negotiate complex deals across multiple stakeholders
• Foster revenue growth within existing accounts
Requirements:
• 3-6 years closing sales in AI, MLOps, or Cloud Infrastructure
• Proven ability to sell to technical decision-makers
• Strong communication skills with technical proficiency
• Self-motivated and organized process builder
• Familiar with CRM best practices
