As the Territory Manager reporting to the Field Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving sales volume and maintaining relationships with key clients like the LCBO.
Your role includes crafting effective sales strategies based on market analysis and customer feedback. Efficient route management and budget oversight will enhance your business development efforts
Key Responsibilities:
• Design sales strategies influenced by customer insights
• Cultivate knowledge of products, competitors, and market needs
• Actively seek out new business opportunities to drive growth
• Meet sales targets consistently across the assigned territory
• Attend supplier visits and trade events, often after hours
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or similar
• At least two years of sales experience
• Experience in the wine sector is a strong advantage
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required
• Must hold a valid driver’s license and participate in weekend events
