Account Executive

Grow Surely is a fast-growing B2B lead generation agency that helps companies book more high-quality sales meetings and win new clients, predictably. We work with B2B founders, CEOs, and revenue leaders who value clarity, execution, and measurable results.

We’re hiring an Account Executive to run sales conversations with pre-qualified prospects, manage follow-ups, and close new business. This role focuses on converting warm opportunities into long-term clients, not cold prospecting.

• Run discovery and demo calls with pre-qualified B2B prospects
• Manage follow-ups and guide prospects through the decision process
• Own your pipeline and keep Hub Spot accurate and up to date
• Consistently achieve monthly revenue goals
• Collaborate with the founders to improve messaging, positioning, and close rates

• Fluent English speaker based in Canada
• Proven B2B closing experience (high-ticket services preferred)
• Strong consultative selling skills with C-level decision-makers
• Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple deals at once
• Self-motivated and effective in a remote, performance-focused environment
• Base salary + commission
• On-target earnings range: CAD $90,000–$120,000
• Fully remote role (Canada)
