This role in the Retirement & Benefits Solutions practice allows you to develop comprehensive sales plans targeting potential clients. You will spend your time prospecting new business while collaborating with internal teams to deliver compelling presentations and RFP responses. Your focus will be on nurturing existing relationships and developing new sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive business development with mid-market employers
• Formulate and execute strategic sales initiatives
• Dedicate time to managing and qualifying sales pipeline
• Participate in presentations and RFP submissions
• Network at events to enhance TELUS Health's market presence
Requirements:
• 7+ years of sales experience with a record of success
• Expertise in retirement program delivery
• Strong relationship management and analytics skills
• Excellent organizational and project management experience
• Travel requirement of up to 46 times per year
