As a member of Mark Motors Group, you will handle lead follow-ups, prepare customized vehicle quotes, and deliver reinforced vehicular knowledge to clients. Your expertise will help ensure a seamless transition from the initial contact to vehicle handover, emphasizing client satisfaction and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities:
• Present dealership services to existing and new clients
• Follow up on potential leads through established channels
• Prepare customized vehicle quotes for clients
• Facilitate comprehensive walk-throughs and test drives
• Address and resolve client concerns effectively
Requirements:
• Fluent in English/French/Mandarin
• Valid OMVIC License needed
• Clean G Drivers license is essential
• 2-4 years experience in automotive sales required
• Ability to meet training and performance standards
