Key Responsibilities:
• Steer commercial growth initiatives for parts sales
• Design parts portfolio and pricing strategies
• Manage end-to-end sourcing and negotiation processes
• Oversee inventory management and logistics efficiency
• Partner on digital strategies for customer engagement
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• 7–12+ years of relevant experience
• Demonstrated leadership in sales and operations
• Strong negotiation skills with ERP familiarity
• Analytical mindset with a focus on P&L and margins
