Group Account Executive

Position: Group Benefits Account Executive Life
Elevate client relationships as a Group Benefits Account Executive at Canada Life. This role focuses on managing large accounts and achieving sales targets.

With over 5 years of experience in group insurance, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with Benefits Consultants and clients. Your decision-making, communication skills (both French and English), and innovative thinking will shape the client experience. Ensure to exceed performance expectations while solving complex issues related to financial matters and claims.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage assigned in-force large Group Benefits accounts

• Build and maintain consultant and client relationships

• Drive the sales process with detailed proposals

• Conduct financial renewals and reporting efforts

• Address unique claims and financial decisions

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in group insurance

• Fluent in English and French communication

• Excellent numeracy and sales skills

• Proficient in Word, Excel, and Power Point

• Driver’s license for in-person meetings
