Position: Customer Success Manager - Barracuda Networks
Step into a pivotal role focused on client satisfaction with Barracuda as a Named Account Customer Success Manager. Champion product adoption and upselling initiatives in the cybersecurity domain.

You will manage post-sales relationships and formulate success plans tailored to customers’ unique business strategies. This involves close collaboration with account management and cross-functional teams to seamlessly deliver Barracuda’s comprehensive cybersecurity solutions. Proactively reach out to clients, offering insights and support to enhance their experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain post-sales relationships to maximize product engagement

• Collaborate with teams on success plans and product delivery

• Resolve customer issues related to Barracuda's offerings

• Lead training initiatives for clients and team members

• Support sales teams in refining processes through data analysis

Requirements:

• 3–5 years in customer success or account management

• Degree in Business or equivalent field

• History of expanding SaaS revenue

• Competency with CRM platforms and Customer Success tools

• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
