As a Sales Specialist, you will report to the General Manager and be central to the sales process from outreach to achieving occupancy targets. You’ll utilize your networking skills to develop relationships with healthcare professionals and community partners, ultimately guiding families through impactful decisions. Your hands-on approach to building pipelines is crucial in this vital role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and build a robust sales pipeline
• Establish referral relationships with community and healthcare agencies
• Conduct informative tours for prospective residents and families
• Follow up on all inquiries promptly
• Partner with Marketing to improve outreach efforts
Requirements:
• At least 5 years of sales experience in a related field
• Strong relationship-building and influencing skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Proven ability in community outreach and business development
• Organized, collaborative, and results-focused mindset
