Lead sales growth at Modern Campus as the Vice President of Sales focusing on new logo acquisition across North America. Drive strategies, mentor teams, and leverage SaaS expertise in higher education.
This critical role reports directly to the Chief Revenue Officer. The VP of Sales will create and execute a sales strategy that aligns with Modern Campus's goals, establish a high-performing sales culture, and drive significant revenue increases. Strong SaaS familiarity and leadership experience are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies
• Mentor and lead a team of Regional Sales Directors
• Achieve new logo acquisition and cross-selling revenue goals
• Optimize end-to-end sales processes and territory planning
• Engage at an executive level to foster key client relationships
Requirements:
• 10+ years in B2B software/SaaS sales; 5+ in senior leadership
• Proven leadership skills and experience in team building
• Strong knowledge of higher education market dynamics
• Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
