What You’ll Do
Create Opportunities (Not Just Take Orders)
Call and follow up with:
Existing TELUS customers
Renewal and upgrade opportunities
Internet-eligible households
Previous quotes and missed opportunities
Track your activity and results
This is part of the role — and where top reps separate themselves.
Greet customers with confidence and energy
Understand their needs and recommend complete solutions
Sell mobility, accessories, protection, and TELUS Internet
Take control of the sale from start to finish
Introduce TELUS Internet where it fits
Present accessories and protection every time
Deliver more value for the customer — and more commission for you
Compensation
Base wage + uncapped commission
Earn on:
Activations & renewals
TELUS Internet (priority focus)
Accessories & protection

Who This Role Is Built For
You have telecom sales experience or proven success in sales, retail, or customer-facing roles
You’re comfortable talking to customers in person and on the phone
You understand that sales = conversations + follow-up
You want to earn based on performance
You’re coachable, competitive, and bring good energy to the team
You take ownership of your results

This is a performance-driven sales role. Effort and follow-up directly impact your income.
Telecom experience is an asset — but not required for the right person. If you bring the right attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn, we’ll train you to succeed.
