Sales Operations Advisor

Become a vital part of EDC as a Sales Operations Advisor in Ottawa, Canada. Collaborate with teams and enhance sales processes in a hybrid work environment with two in-office days weekly.

You will interact with frontline teams to ensure timely completion of sales activities, maintain CRM dashboards, and provide essential operational support. The role also includes offering mentorship to colleagues and identifying process gaps to drive efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide operational support to frontline sales teams

• Manage tasks through shared intake channels

• Execute transaction processes and CRM updates

• Design and deliver Sales Operations training

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

• 5+ years in Sales Operations or Analytics

• Bilingual in French and English

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Experience with CRM systems and data management
