As a Quotation Specialist, you will receive and process requests for quotations/pricing and review quote documentation to determine customer requirements and coordinate clarifications. You will also:

• Respond to product and project-related inquiries throughout the quoting process
• Liaise with vendors and suppliers to obtain pricing and supporting information
  
  Gather and coordinate all required inputs to complete accurate quotations
• Prepare, finalize, and submit quotes in line with company procedures and required deadlines
• Ensure all quotations comply with internal pricing policies and standards
• Maintain documentation supporting quote development and pricing decisions
• Manage multiple active quotations simultaneously, including tracking and follow-ups
• Monitor quote outcomes, maintain records, and report win/loss results with rationale
• Escalate customer complaints or complex issues to the Quotations Sales Manager
• Identify and recommend improvements to the quoting process
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and offerings
• Perform additional duties as assigned

You are someone with experience working in customer-service settings and come with the following qualifications:

• Fully bilingual in English and French
• Prior experience working with quoting or project-based pricing
• Ability to learn quickly and retain technical/product information
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Nice to have: plumbing or mechanical industry experience and product knowledge
