As a Senior Pursuit Specialist reporting to the Regional Pursuit Team Manager, you will manage complex proposals under tight deadlines. Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute RFPs and proposals with precision

• Lead strategic discussions on Go/No-Go decisions

• Organize kickoff meetings to coordinate team efforts

• Manage proposal timelines and ensure quality assurance

• Collaborate on communications and presentation materials

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

• Minimum 5 years in pursuit-related roles, ideally in A/E/C

• Proven experience in leading complex proposals

• Strong interpersonal skills for influence and collaboration

• Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools
