Account Manager, Ticket Sales

As an Account Manager with Capital Sports & Entertainment, you'll drive ticket revenue through personal connections and sales strategies. You will engage with local businesses, past clients, and community contacts to expand ticket sales and premium hospitality offerings. Key Responsibilities:

• Represent Ottawa Senators professionally in the community

• Sell season tickets, suites, and group outings

• Initiate outbound phone calls to generate leads

• Maintain CRM records of sales activities

• Provide outstanding customer service during events

Requirements:

• Two years in outbound prospecting roles

• Proven track record of meeting revenue targets

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Ability to work nights and weekends

• Valid driver’s license and transportation
