As an Account Manager for Ticket Sales, Service & Activation, you will play a vital role in the growth of PWHL Ottawa. Your responsibilities include generating revenue through ticket sales, leading gameday activations, and ensuring quality service for customers. Build lasting relationships while attending local events and engaging with the community to represent the league.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate revenue via full and partial season tickets
• Identify customer needs to drive ticket sales
• Provide exceptional gameday service to groups
• Lead activations for large groups at games
• Communicate effectively with Season Ticket Members
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
• Customer-focused mindset with strong relationship skills
• Proficiency in English and French required
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
