As an Outreach Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in building vocational partnerships and generating a pipeline of employer prospects. You will work closely with the Lead, Employer Engagement to align efforts with labour market trends and targeted outreach strategies. Your strong communication skills will shine as you deliver presentations and support employer engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Research and prospect potential employer partners
• Build and maintain vocational partnerships with service providers
• Generate a consistent pipeline for activation
• Collaborate with teams on outreach efforts
• Deliver engaging awareness presentations
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year in employer outreach or community engagement
• Strong research and communication skills
• Knowledge of labour market trends
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
• Willingness to travel independently
