Join Tenneco as a Business Development Manager and lead the growth of our aftermarket sales in Eastern Canada. This role combines strategic sales initiatives with strong account management in bilingual French and English.
Your key responsibilities will include driving sales through effective programs aimed at NAPA and traditional channels while ensuring a robust training framework for account personnel. A Bachelor’s degree and five years of experience in automotive aftermarket sales are essential. You will also engage with local customers and leverage market analysis to uncover opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Achieve profitable growth within your designated area
• Understand and communicate sales policies and product details
• Execute targeted marketing strategies for key accounts
• Support the training and development of sales teams
• Analyze markets for potential expansion opportunities
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum five years in automotive aftermarket sales
• Must be fully fluent in French and English
• Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Clean driver's license and ability to travel extensively
