In this temporary position, you will assist the on-site sales team in achieving their goals. Key responsibilities include maintaining an organized sales center, engaging prospects, and supporting Sales Consultants with documentation. Your strong communication skills and detail-oriented mindset will contribute to an exceptional customer experience during the three-month engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Organize and maintain the sales center reception area
• Greet and register all guests promptly
• Handle telephone calls and distribute messages
• Maintain the CRM prospect database for compliance
• Prepare Purchase and Sale Agreements for Sales Consultants
Requirements:
• Friendly, engaging personality with strong communication skills
• Familiarity with real estate CRM software (Lasso)
• Attention to detail in documentation and organization
• Bilingual skills in French/English are desirable
• Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
