Renewal Operations Agent - Fortinet

This role focuses on all operational aspects of the Renewal Sales cycle for a specific territory. You will communicate directly with Customers, Field Sales Reps, and Distributors to assist with renewals, analyze data, and generate sales quotes. Strong organizational skills and experience with Salesforce are crucial for meeting SLAs and KPIs efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound renewal calls and emails
• Create and manage Salesforce renewal opportunities
• Support sales teams with timely quotes and insights
• Participate in cross-functional team meetings
• Track and report on customer satisfaction feedback
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 1 year in a renewals or sales role
• Familiarity with Cyber Security trends
• High proficiency in Salesforce and Excel
• Professional communication and client management skills
