Your role focuses on high-volume prospecting and booking qualified meetings for Account Executives.
As a vital member of our team, you will generate new business opportunities tailored to the construction industry. This outbound role prioritizes quality meetings over volume, measuring success through conversion to pipeline and revenue. You will identify prospects, research target accounts, and engage in disciplined daily prospecting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute high-volume outbound prospecting via phone and email
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads through structured conversations
• Identify pain points and secure meaningful next-step meetings
• Maintain consistent daily activity and disciplined follow-up
• Collaborate with Marketing and Account Executives on campaigns
Requirements:
• 1+ years in sales or business development preferred
• Strong communicator; comfortable with cold calling
• Results-driven and resilient mentality
• Organized with strong CRM discipline
• Technically curious about software solutions
