As part of the growing Cardel team, your primary focus will be on assisting with the sales process and providing valuable information about our communities and products. You will follow up on sales leads, greet the public, and maintain a clean, professional presentation of our model homes and sales centers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support sales efforts and assist potential buyers
• Follow up on leads and greet visitors warmly
• Maintain databases and execute administrative tasks
• Ensure model homes and sales centers are presented well
• Serve as the primary customer liaison during the process
Requirements:
• Experience in new home sales or customer service a plus
• Professional appearance with strong organizational skills
• High school diploma or relevant post-secondary education
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
