Fortinet Renewal Operations Representative

This role is essential for managing client renewals efficiently while engaging in upselling during renewal conversations. You'll work alongside sales teams and channel partners, utilizing Salesforce and other tools to facilitate the renewal sales workflow. Your proactive approach and customer service orientation will be vital in ensuring high satisfaction ratings and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage customer inquiries for security product renewals
• Upsell additional products during the renewal dialogue
• Schedule meetings to discuss upcoming renewals
• Utilize Salesforce for tracking and reporting
• Train new sales hires on renewal processes
Requirements:
• 1+ years in a renewals or operations role
• Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, or cybersecurity
• Familiarity with Salesforce and MS Office Suite
• Understanding of cybersecurity and B2B sales
• Track record of achieving sales goals
